Description

Light in the Attic's Grammy-nominated historical compilation is back on triple vinyl! Despite Link Wray, a Shawnee descendant, inventing the power chord, Native Americans have been overlooked in guitar - based music history. Music historian Kevin 'Sipreano' Howes spent 15 years curating this anthology of North American Aboriginal original recordings. It features 34 tracks of folk, country, and rock ‘n' roll, mixing storytelling, politics, and heartache. Acts like Willie Dunn, Sugluk, and Willy Mitchell have multiple entries, and there are also esoteric gems like David Campbell's “Sky - Man and the Moon”. The set includes three clear LPs and a 60 - page book with liner notes, artist interviews, archival photos, and lyrics. It comes in an archival slipcase and is a limited edition from Light In The Attic in 2021.

Using this product is easy. Just grab your record player, place one of the clear vinyl LPs gently on the turntable, and let the music play. Make sure your record player is in good working condition for the best sound quality. When handling the vinyl, always hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. After each use, put the LP back in its sleeve carefully. Store the boxset in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping of the vinyl. The 60 - page book is a great read, so keep it clean and don't fold the pages. Since it's a limited edition, handle it with extra care to preserve its value.
