Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti are back with their second album for 4AD. After the well - received 'Before Today' in 2010, 'Mature Themes' makes a comeback to the band's signature style. While 'Before Today' had cleaner studio recordings and more accessible arrangements, 'Mature Themes' brings back the beloved lo - fi weirdness. It's influenced by 60's pop, AM radio hits, slow jams, and 70's psychedelic music. Each track has a different style, with some having a disco vibe like the last album and others going for a droning ambience. No one else creates music like this! It's a must - listen for open - minded music lovers. Note: the vinyl edition doesn't include 'Baby'. It comes on black vinyl with a gatefold sleeve and is from the 4AD label in 2012. Using this vinyl LP is easy. Just place it on your turntable and let the music play. When handling the vinyl, make sure your hands are clean to avoid getting dirt on the record, which can affect the sound quality. After each use, put the record back in its sleeve to protect it from scratches. Store the vinyl in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat, as extreme conditions can warp the record. Also, remember that this vinyl edition doesn't include the song 'Baby'.
