K15 is on an upward trajectory. This London - based producer made a mark with the now - sold - out 'Mist 7'' in the R&B/downtempo genre. Now, we're getting a repress of his sought - after 2014 double 12'. 'Insecurities' blends the best of 90s deep house, creating something new yet recognizable and extremely danceable. 'GWRH' stands out, borrowing chords from Crystal Waters and combining them with heavy kicks and loose percussion for a sunny groove that lures you to the dance floor. The title track 'Insecurities' has wandering pads that carry your mind away while the solid beats keep you moving. Also, check out 'Hidden Agenda' sampling 'The Story Of Her Life' for more 90s house magic, and 'Yellow' with its deep Detroit piano house grooves. The first pressing sold out quickly and fetched a good price on the second - hand market. Thanks to Kyle Hall's Wild Oats imprint, these great tracks are getting a well - deserved repress.
