Like many of Carpenter's works, it has a repeated central theme that goes from bright hope to darkness at just the right time. This six - track LP is remastered by Alan Howarth, who worked closely with Carpenter. Death Waltz got Sam Smith (aka Sam's Myth) to create new poster art for the film.
