Description

The first release from Jeedo's new label, Dirt Tech Reck, is here! As a former Slum Village member, Jeedo uses his Electric Street Orchestra alias for this debut. He brings together Detroit's top sonic talents. On the A side, 'Scorpio' features 'Mad' Mike Banks of Underground Resistance and producer Chaos/UR-043. It's a genre - breaking track with Banks' 303 action, but the rhythm goes beyond techno. The B - side has Master Funk Association, a group with an impressive lineup including house legend Theo Parrish, Slum Village DJ Dez Andres, and Duminie DePorres of The Rotating Assembly. Their 'M.F.A.' has a broken beat with a strong bass. Jeedo's Dogon mix of 'M.F.A.' offers a soothing chord bed. This is an outstanding start for this Detroit - based label. Highly recommended. Music label: Dirt Tech Reck 2012. Reviewed by Joey Coco 12/2012.

To use this 12 - inch vinyl, simply place it on your turntable. Make sure your turntable is set up correctly and the stylus is in good condition. When playing, handle the vinyl gently to avoid scratches. After use, clean the vinyl with a soft, anti - static brush to keep it in good shape.
