Description

Volume two, crafted over 8 years! In 2017, world - renowned DJ Ross One amazed us with his first Rap Tees book. It was an unparalleled record of rare rap tees, promo merch, bootlegs, hats, hoodies and more, mostly from the pre - internet and pre - mass production era, with about half from his amazing personal collection. Once he started, the hunt for treasures seemed endless, allowing him to gather enough for a second book! Volume two delves deeper into hip - hop apparel history, reaching up to 2005 (Volume 1 ended in 1999) and covering everyone from Sugar Hill Gang to Dip Set. With a new forward by Chuck D and over a thousand images of rare tees and merch, this volume is just as crucial as the first, if not more. These Turntable Lab exclusive copies are signed by Ross One, limited in quantity and highly recommended! Features include exclusive copies signed by DJ Ross One, a hardcover, 332 pages, and approximate dimensions of 9.5' x 1' x 7.5'. Reviewed by Sexton Slice in 10/2023.

This book is a great read for hip - hop fans. To use it, simply sit back, relax, and start flipping through the pages to enjoy the amazing images and stories. As for handling, be gentle when opening and closing the hardcover to avoid any damage. When not in use, store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight to keep the pages and cover in good condition. Since it's a limited - edition signed copy, it could be a valuable collectible, so take extra care to preserve its quality.
