Der Zyklus: Der Zyklus Vinyl 12

Finally back in print! A few years ago, a Detroit artist DJ'd in Brooklyn and had the crowd going wild in true Motor City style. Once the record 'Der Zyklus' started playing, I was hooked. This is a solo project by Heinrich Mueller (aka Gerald Donald of Drexciya, Dopplereffekt, and Arpanet fame). The 12-inch vinyl compiles 4 of his best out-of-print tracks. 'Formenverwandler' is a standout, with its Kraftwerkian electro sound, catchy synth melodies, and smokey mutated vocals. It's worth the purchase for this track alone, but you also get the Drexciyan funk of 'Mxyzptik', the stomping electro of 'Der Tonimpulstest', and the wicked 'Die Dammerung Von Nanotech'. To use this vinyl, simply place it on your turntable and use the tonearm to drop the needle on the groove. When handling the vinyl, make sure your hands are clean to avoid getting dirt or oils on it. Store the vinyl in a cool, dry place and keep it in its sleeve when not in use. If you notice any dust on the vinyl, use a record brush to gently clean it before playing.
