OG Lab review: Erykah Badu's new album is amazing, making this 2003 overlooked gem worth revisiting. Back then, 8 - minute breezy neo soul jams weren't well - received, but now it's clear Mz. Badu was ahead of the curve, and this album is a future classic. 'Bump It' makes you feel like floating on a cloud, while 'Danger' gets intense. 'Back In The Day' borrows from Flight's 'Face To Face,' and 'Love of My Life Worldwide' has Erykah, Angie Stone, and Bahamadia paying homage to Sequence. Also includes 'Steady On The Grind' with dead prez. Note: The vinyl version doesn't have the bonus track 'Love Of My Life' feat. Common!
