LAB POINTS

  • Enhance your daily vinyl listening experience by dampening vibrations and improving sound quality.
  • For vinyl DJs, it helps nullify vibrations from sound systems.
  • One side has an integrated low - profile 45 adaptor for 7 - inch large - hole records, and the other side is flat for 12 - inch records.
  • Crafted in Richmond, Virginia from solid brass.
  • Weighs 1.39 lbs (0.63 kg), with a diameter of 2.95 inches (75mm) and a height of 0.75 inches (19mm).
  • A lighter 308g anodized black model is also available.

'Made in Richmond, Virginia and machined from solid brass, this Brass Record Weight reduces unwanted vibrations from the platter and record, enhancing your vinyl sound. It's finished to match the Montrose Heirloom Turntable and is an heirloom - quality accessory. Flip it over for the convenient 45 adapter.' - Fern & Roby

Using this record weight is easy. For 12 - inch records, just place the flat side of the weight on top of the record. When you're playing a 7 - inch large - hole record, use the side with the 45 adapter. As for maintenance, you can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe it clean. Keep it away from harsh chemicals and extreme temperatures. Don't drop it as it might damage the brass. If you have the anodized black model, be a bit more careful while cleaning to avoid scratching the finish.
