Athens Of The North presents a crucial re - press of UK reggae songbird Al Charles' obscure 80s digital cover of The Gap Band's 'Outstanding'. Al and the Donegon Players perform this tune with amazing style and excellence, making it seem like it was always meant to be a reggae song. This black vinyl pressing comes in an AOTN company jacket. There's a dub version on side B. The original of this rare 80s digital reggae cover easily trades for $200. The music is from the Athens Of The North label in 2019.
