Description

Madlib's Medicine Show Series hits a jazzy note in its 7th volume. Madlib, a supremely talented artist, is a master at crafting mind - blowing mixes, creating sick beats, and producing, composing, and arranging beautiful jazz music. 'High Jazz' is another testament to his skills, featuring 15 original jazz tracks produced by Madlib and played by 'Yesterdays Universe', a collective of musicians that now includes jazz/hip - hop drummer Kariem Riggins. The tracklist has different aliases, but it's all Madlib. It includes tracks from Jackson Conti, Generation Match, and more. This 2022 repress comes as an indie exclusive, limited edition sea glass colored double vinyl. Original release was in 2010, and it's under the Madlib Invazion label. Reviewed by snackmaster in 11/2010.

To use this Madlib vinyl, simply place it on your turntable. Make sure the turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently drop the needle onto the vinyl to start playing the amazing jazz tracks. When handling the vinyl, always hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the playing surface. Store it in a cool, dry place, standing upright in a record sleeve to prevent warping. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. If the vinyl gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning brush to gently remove dust and debris.
