It's been a great couple of years for NYC's Travis Stewart, known as Machinedrum. This Brooklyn - based producer has earned lots of acclaim for his Sepalcure project with Praveen and solo work on Planet Mu. Now, on LuckyMe, Machinedrum offers an experimental dance feel in SXLND. The slow - paced 'Take Good Care' might mislead you, but the title track rocks the floors with an upbeat bass hybrid. You can catch Sepalcure hints in 'No Respect' and enjoy the retro - future house vibes of 'Van Vogue' and 'DDD'. It's forward - thinking music at its best. Music label: Lucky Me.
