This is one of the great jazz masterpieces. Released in 1959, 'Giant Steps' showcases Coltrane on the verge of a new jazz era. He's challenging traditional norms and planning his next musical phase. There's a strong sense of familiarity in this album, offering concrete references in the often abstract jazz world. Once you get acquainted, parts of the album will bring back memories and create sensory illusions. It's highly recommended.

To enjoy this vinyl LP, first, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the 180g black vinyl on the turntable. Use the tonearm to carefully lower the needle onto the starting groove. Sit back and enjoy the mono sound of John Coltrane's amazing music. When you're done, lift the tonearm gently and return it to its rest. To keep the vinyl in great shape, always handle it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. Store it in a cool, dry place, standing upright in a record sleeve. If it gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning brush to gently remove dust from the grooves.
