Description

It's been six long years since Australia's Hiatus Kaiyote made a splash with Choose Your Weapon. Since then, they've been sampled by music giants like Anderson .Paak, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Beyoncé, and Jay Z. Band members explored solo projects, and singer Nai Palm bravely overcame cancer. Now, they're back with their best work yet on Flying Lotus' Brainfeeder label. On Mood Valiant, the quartet makes greater use of the recording studio than before. For example, the track “Get Sun” features lush strings and horns arranged by Brazilian jazz - funk legend Arthur Verocai. Songs like “Chivalry Is Not Dead” and “All The Words We Don't Say” have an intensity missing from previous releases. Maybe it's because of Palm's near - death experience or FlyLo's influence, making “Shaolin Monk Motherfunk” seem mild in comparison. This captivating and powerful album comes on red and black 'ink spot' colored vinyl. It's an indie exclusive limited edition with an 8 - page lyric and photo booklet, a digital download, and a Deluxe Edition is also available. Music label: Brainfeeder 2021. To enjoy your Hiatus Kaiyote: Mood Valiant vinyl, first, carefully remove it from the packaging. Make sure your turntable is clean and properly set up. Gently place the vinyl on the turntable and use the tonearm to drop the needle at the start of the track you want to play. When you're done listening, lift the tonearm gently and return it to its rest position. Then, put the vinyl back in its sleeve to protect it from dust and scratches. Keep the vinyl in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. If you want to clean the vinyl, use a soft, anti - static brush to gently remove any dust particles. Don't forget to check out the included 8 - page lyric and photo booklet for an even more immersive experience, and you can also use the digital download to listen on the go.
