The official soundtrack of the distraught aughts! Back in my freshman year of college, Garden State was huge, but the soundtrack was even bigger. There was a sheltered kid in my dorm who always interjected with his favorite bands like The Shins or Iron And Wine. He was soon dubbed “Garden State”. This soundtrack has outlasted the movie as it captures a specific moment in time. The song selection, which tugs at your heartstrings and stirs emotions, became well - known because it fit each scene perfectly. Tracks from Thievery Corporation, Nick Drake, and a Simon & Garfunkel classic set the mood so well that we're still talking about it in 2014. To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Garden State's release, this soundtrack is now on 180g vinyl with printed inner sleeves. Music label: Epic 2014. Reviewed by boumtje - boumtje 082614.

Using this vinyl soundtrack is easy. Just place it on your turntable, gently drop the needle on the record, and enjoy the music. When handling the vinyl, make sure your hands are clean to avoid leaving fingerprints or dirt on it. Store the vinyl in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. If the record gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning brush to gently remove dust. And always be careful when removing and replacing the record from the sleeve to avoid scratching it.
