Around three years back, Black Marble started performing cover songs on stage. People often thought the covers were new Black Marble tracks and asked when they'd be on a new LP. Others, who already knew the songs, were excited to hear them live and wondered if they could listen outside of shows. So, the band decided to record these covers for fans. Also, it's a great way to remember the past three years of touring across the US and meeting amazing people. Chris Stewart recorded and mixed this EP right after working on the 'Bigger Than Life' LP. He applied some mixing and arranging techniques from that project, making this recording a great engineering achievement. This limited - edition 5 - track EP comes on red colored vinyl and includes covers of songs by Grouper, Wire, The Field Mice, Robert Palmer, and Lives Of Angels. It's released by Sacred Bones Records in 2020.
