Fela, the fearless afrobeat pioneer, often confronted politicians and high - ranking police or army officers. In 1974, he was arrested when police saw him swallow a joint during a raid on his home. Officers tried in vain to get him to confess. Eventually, he faced the head of Nigerian Interpol. Fela spent three days in jail as authorities waited for evidence. The track features a great solo by trumpeter Tunde Williams. On the flip side, 'Water No Get Enemy' is a slower but powerful piece with Fela on his signature tenor sax and a tight rhythm section.
