This full - length album, recorded between 1991 and 1993, is finally available in its entirety after years. Peanut Butter Wolf and Stones Throw have gradually released parts of this material over the past five years. First came the single 'Methods,' a heavenly smooth track. Then 'Devotion' followed, and recently 'Here's A Smirk,' 'Jack The Mack,' etc. Even without the other tracks, this album is a great pick. In my view, the unreleased tracks outshine the recently released singles. PB Wolf's production really hits the sweet spot, and the second half of the album offers at least 4 new soothing tracks. Check out the fun 'Ice Cream Truck' and the lovely guitar loops on 'Soon To Be Large.' Charizma may not say much on the mic, but he can handle the beat well, and his delivery meshes nicely with Peanut Butter Wolf's style. 'Big Shots' feels like a raw display of youthful ambition. It has a total of 15 tracks. This is a 20th anniversary, limited - edition 'apple juice' colored double vinyl pressing, originally released in 2003 and re - issued by Stones Throw in 2024.
