In 2007, Black Lips released their 4th full - length album. By then, they'd built a big fan base with their unique blend of garage rock, punk, and noise, with a Southern touch. It's no surprise Vice signed this Atlanta band for 'Good Bad Not Evil'. Their status as the top garage rock band only soared from there.
