The Arturia MiniLab MkII is a fantastic slim and portable USB MIDI controller. It offers easy and efficient control over MIDI software. With a 25-note velocity-sensitive slim keyboard, 8 RGB backlit, pressure and velocity-sensitive pads (2 banks for 16 in total), 16 rotary encoders (2 clickable), pitch and modulation touch strips, it's a feature - rich device. It has a lightweight yet durable build, and it's plug - and - play, no drivers needed. Comes with Ableton Live Lite, Analog Lab Lite and more. The MiniLab MkII has a shift button for MIDI presets and channels, a pad button to switch between 2 banks of 8 pads, octave transpose, footswitch input, a recessed USB jack, and is USB bus - powered. It's compatible with Mac or PC, measuring 4' x 8.7' x 2' / 55 x 220 x 50mm and weighing 3.3 lbs / 1.5 kg. It includes a USB cable and useful software like Ableton Live Lite, Analog Lab Lite, and Grand Piano Model D Software, all for just under $100!





Using the Arturia MiniLab MkII is a breeze. First, connect it to your Mac or PC via the USB cable that comes with it. Since it's USB bus - powered, you don't need any extra power adapters. Once connected, it's plug - and - play, so you can start using it right away. The 25 - note keyboard is great for playing melodies, and you can use the octave transpose button to change the pitch range. The 16 pads in 2 banks are useful for triggering samples or beats. You can switch between the 2 banks using the pad button. The 16 rotary encoders let you control various parameters in your MIDI software. The pitch and modulation touch strips add extra expressiveness to your music. As for the shift button, it helps you select different MIDI presets and channels.
