The offshoot of The Poets of Rhythm and the Whitefield Brothers creates a powerful afro - fusion style, skillfully blending Eastern and Northern African music with Western psychedelia, jazz, and funk. It combines Krautrock, Afrobeat, pan - cultural psychedelia, and deep funk to produce an amazing musical gumbo. There are 27 tracks in total. Released by Now - Again Records in 2016, this limited - edition set comes in a hand - silk - screened chipboard sleeve with art by Jason Jagel.
