NYC magic at its best! Big Crown Records teams up BK funk veterans El Michels Affair with rising NYC band The Shacks (Max Shrager and vocalist Shannon Wise) on a 45 - rpm vinyl for 'Strange Boy'. This track is a gorgeous blend of lo - fi rock and soul, with Shannon Wise's Jane Birkin - style delivery adding a sexy touch. Astonishingly, the song was recorded in one take, and it was Wise's first recording at just 16! Check out their stylish video below.
