Description

DJ Yoshizawa Dynamite has been a professional DJ in Japan since the late 80s. He's also a well - known remixer, compiler, and producer. An enthusiastic record collector and an expert in the Wamono style, he published the sold - out Wamono A to Z records guide book in 2015, revealing a wealth of beautiful and rare records from the Japanese groove scene. DJ Chintam, after working as a record buyer, opened his own Blow Up shop in Tokyo's Shibuya in 2018. A member of the Dayjam Crew and a specialist in soul, funk, rare groove, and disco, he co - wrote the guide book with Yoshizawa. In this third volume of the popular Wamono series, they present some of the best and rarest light mellow funk and disco boogie tracks from 1978 - 1988 Japan. This 180g black vinyl LP features 8 rare Japanese jazz - funk and rare groove tracks. It's a limited edition based on the sold - out 'A to Z Japanese Groove Disc Guide' book, released by the 180G 2021 music label. Also available are other volumes in the Wamono series.

To use this vinyl LP, first, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the needle on the record and turn up the volume to enjoy the amazing Japanese light mellow funk and disco boogie music. When handling the record, always hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. After each use, put the record back in its sleeve to protect it from dust. Store the record in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Don't stack too many records on top of it to prevent warping. If the record gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning brush to gently clean the grooves.
