World - famous Beat Junkies' DJ Rhettmatic shows off his skills on the MPC in 'Do It'. This powerful beat has sharp drums and a thumping bassline. Stone Throw's MED paints a vivid picture of the relaxed music - bbq - sangria event ('club packed like Shaq in a Scion truck'). On the flip side, Free The Robots offers 'La Lune', a modern beats tune full of melodic synths. Volume 2 also has great packaging with a special diamond die - cut outer sleeve revealing a contrasting inner sleeve by Kristian Henson (Studio No. 1). The marble blue vinyl is highly recommended.
