In the disco realm, it's a rarity to find an artist like Arthur Russell. This left - field disco maestro had an eclectic background. In 1979, he produced Sire Records' first hit, Dinosaur's 'Kiss Me Again', and Loose Joints' 'Is It All Over My Face' before founding Sleeping Bag Records with Will Socolov.
