Shout out to Prince Klassen who dropped this amazing local hit during his LIVE! AT THE LAB set earlier this year (check archived shows on Soundcloud!). New York's Cho and The Random Impetus team up with local musicians and record using analog equipment. They blend jazz, funk, soul, and disco melodies to create a rich 1970s vibe. Their debut release, 'Brother Sister,' is a feel - good modern disco that could easily pass for a classic from the genre's heyday. Flip the record for 'Candle Lights,' another great tune in line with their style. A must - have for DJs! Music label: SHSF Records 2019. Reviewed by singing in japanese 10/2019.
