Description

Discover the newly unearthed live performance of the Bill Evans Trio. This 1975 concert at Oil Can Harry's in Vancouver, BC, features Eddie Gomez on bass and Eliot Zigmund on drums. Previously unreleased, it was recorded for radio host Gary Barclay and aired on his CHQM jazz show. After nearly half a century in oblivion, thanks to audio restoration by Plangent Processes and mastering by Paul Blakemore, it sounds as fresh as in 1975. It's a black double vinyl pressing, making its first appearance on vinyl. With state - of - the - art transfer from original tapes, it comes in a gatefold sleeve with detailed liner notes. Music label: Craft Recordings 2021.

Using this vinyl record is easy. Just place it on your turntable, gently lower the needle, and enjoy the smooth jazz music. When handling the vinyl, make sure your hands are clean to avoid leaving fingerprints or dirt on it. Store the record in a cool, dry place, standing upright on a shelf. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures as this can damage the vinyl. If you want to clean the record, use a soft, anti - static brush to gently remove any dust particles. Remember to handle the gatefold sleeve with care too, as it contains valuable liner notes about the performance.
