Description

I can't stand it! Italian funk powerhouse Calibro 35 reimagines the Beastie Boys' 'Sabotage' with a strong retro feel. Just like the mustachioed character on the cover, Calibro's version sounds like it's straight from a 1970s crime movie. The organs punch hard while the fuzz bass creates a perfect groove. The drums are funk - filled, and the breaks are in all the right spots. They use Ad Rock's vocals (though it's the censored a - capella, not sure why). Wondering how it'd sound in Italian? The flip side is instrumental, so you can create your own funky mixes. Music label: Sabotaggio 2015. Reviewed by Der Spiegel in 07/2015.

To use this vinyl record, first, make sure your record player is clean and in good working condition. Place the record gently on the turntable, align the needle with the start of the groove, and let the music play. When you're done, lift the needle carefully and return it to its rest. As for the instrumental side on the flip, you can use it to mix with other tracks. Just connect your record player to a mixer or other audio equipment. Keep the record in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. And when handling, always hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the grooves, which could affect the sound quality.
