Hailing from Chicago, Knuckle Puck, beloved by Mighty Ducks fans, began as a cover band. Around 2011, vocalist Joe Taylor, guitarist Kevin Maida, and drummer John Siorek started penning their own tunes. After releasing several well - received singles and EPs, they dropped their debut album, Copacetic, in 2015. This album offers a melodic, emo - tinged punk sound with catchy and accessible songs. Some are fast - paced and thrashing, while others take a slower, more introspective approach.
