You absolutely must have this record in your life. It's a rarity when something grabs everyone in the office's attention, and this is one of those special records. Gigi Masin's music won't thump in the club or make you nod your head vigorously. Instead, it gently captivates you with some of the most blissful, beautiful, and truly deep ambient sounds on vinyl. This Italian musician has been active since the mid - 80s, and his works are scarce here. Fortunately, Music For Memory has compiled this excellent double LP of his best pieces. 'Talk To The Sea' features tracks from several of his albums like 1986's 'Wind' and 1989's 'Les Nouvelles Musiques De Chambre Volume 2'. The sound samples don't do it justice, but trust that this is beautiful, emotional music that gets better with each listen. It's a double - import vinyl in a gatefold sleeve. Highly recommended.
