This is Funkadelic's 6th studio album, a true gem for funk lovers. Originally released in 1974, 'Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On' is super powerful. Eddie Hazel, a guitar genius, co - wrote every track and his insane guitar solos are all over the album. Check out the crazy 'Alice In My Fantasies', the groovy 'I'll Stay', and the spacey 'Good Thoughts, Bad Thoughts'. It comes on burgundy red colored vinyl in a gatefold sleeve.
