Alone again, Naturally... 'Without A Sound' is a twangy, introspective album from Dinosaur Jr. With founding drummer Murph leaving to join The Lemonheads (he returned in 2005), it's effectively a solo work by J. Mascis. Inspired by the passing of his father, this album brought both success and bittersweet feelings. It features hits like 'Feel The Pain' and 'I Don't Think So', and 'Blah' from 'Melrose Place'. The second disc includes live bonus tracks and B - sides. The deluxe gatefold package has detailed liner notes. It's a yellow double - vinyl pressing (actual color and packaging may vary). The gatefold sleeve has a printed inner sleeve with in - depth liner notes by Mojo's Keith Cameron from exclusive J. Mascis interviews. The 2nd disc has 7 rarities and live versions. It's a limited edition from Cherry Red in 2019.
To use this vinyl record, first make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently place the vinyl on the turntable and use the tonearm to drop the needle at the beginning of the groove. Enjoy the music! When handling the vinyl, always hold it by the edges to avoid getting fingerprints on the playing surface.
