Limited edition vinyl for Record Store Day 2014! A split 7' that gets a split write - up. Northern Spy asked Deerhoof's Greg Saunier and Ceramic Dog's Marc Ribot to share about this record. There's clear mutual respect between them. This vinyl is a Record Store Day exclusive and only available at top music retailers. Greg Saunier says Deerhoof gives instrumental tracks to singers they like without knowing what they'll sing. After hearing one of Marc Ribot's records at an LA ice - cream parlor, they knew they had to work with him. They toured with Ceramic Dog and later, Greg produced their record. Marc Ribot was introduced to Deerhoof by Ches and Shahzad. He thought they were crazy and great, and they asked Greg to produce their last CD. Limited to 900 copies. Music label: Northern Spy 2014.
