Coldplay: Parachutes (EcoRecord Pressing) Vinyl LP

This is an amazing record! Looking back, it's easy to be swayed by Coldplay's later, not - so - great albums or judge the whole album by the hit single that seems kid - friendly. But in 2000, Coldplay brought a dreary yet catchy and refreshingly simple pop sound, different from Radiohead's art - school pretense. Maybe I was lucky to hear the full CD in a friend's car before 'Yellow' got overplayed on the radio. Their early downcast mope - rock, like 'Don't Panic', 'Sparks', and others, makes it hard to believe they aimed for the charts. This vinyl LP comes in a black 'EcoRecord' injection - molded pressing. The EcoRecord is a game - changer, using recyclable PET instead of PVC. It reduces the environmental impact of production by up to 85% compared to the traditional method.
