Description

The Audio-Technica AT-VM95SP/H combo kit is a great choice for playing 78 RPM mono records. It features a dual moving magnet cartridge pre - mounted on the AT - HS6BK headshell. The 3.0 mil conical stylus with an aluminum cantilever and a durable, low - resonance polymer housing offers excellent clarity and detail. Mounting is a breeze as the cartridge body has threaded inserts, allowing it to be fixed with just two screws, no nuts or washers needed. It's compatible with any AT - VMN95 replacement stylus and comes with a universal 1/2'-mount headshell for 4 - pin turntable cartridges. This stereo cartridge lets you choose between left and right channels, useful for archiving to reduce noise and distortion. Tech specs include a 20 - 20,000 Hz frequency response, 4.5 - 5.5 grams tracking force range (5.0 grams standard), 2.7mV output, and more. The kit comes with an AT - HS6BK headshell, installation screws, and washers.

Using the Audio - Technica AT - VM95SP/H combo kit is easy. First, make sure your turntable is turned off. Then, carefully attach the headshell to the tonearm using the provided installation screws and washers. Once it's securely in place, turn on your turntable and gently lower the tonearm onto a 78 RPM mono record. You can switch between the left and right channels according to your needs, especially when archiving to get the best sound. When it comes to maintenance, keep the stylus clean. You can use a stylus brush to gently remove any dust or debris after each use. Also, store the cartridge in a dry and clean place. Don't expose it to extreme temperatures or humidity. If you notice a decrease in sound quality, it might be time to replace the stylus with an AT - VMN95SP. Remember to always handle the cartridge with care to avoid any damage.
