The Little Fwend makes your manual turntable more convenient by automatically lifting the tonearm at the record's end. It functions similarly to the Q Up but is made of premium materials for safe and smooth operation. Its sleek design complements high - end audiophile turntables. It sits between the tonearm and platter, and when the tonearm hits the high - carbon steel Roslau piano wire, the neoprene rubber beam lifts it up. Simple and effective, it fits most manual turntables with the right tonearm clearances and cartridge settings.
COMPATIBILITY
- Your turntable needs a pivot - type tonearm (not linear tracking) and should have a playing - record height between 48mm - 81mm / 1 & 7/8″ - 3 & 3/16″.
- The width between the outer edge of the turntable platter and the arm base must be at least 28mm / 1 & 1/8″.
- Note: Not compatible with Audio - Technica AT - LP120, AT - LP120x, AT - LP140, AT - LP1240, Pioneer PLX series or DJ turntables. Use the Little Fwend Disco Model for Technics 1200/1210 turntables. Measure your turntable for other models.

Using the Little Fwend High Model is a breeze. First, check if your turntable is compatible. Make sure it has a pivot - type tonearm and the right height and width measurements. Once you've confirmed compatibility, install it. Use the included 2x adhesive - backed magnetic mounting platform discs or the 3M non - adhesive mounting pad to place the Little Fwend between the tonearm and the platter. Then, use the Eklind 0.9mm Allen key to adjust the height according to your turntable's tonearm clearance. After installation, just let it do its job. It will automatically lift the tonearm at the end of the record. As for maintenance, keep it clean. You can gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.
