The second solo studio album from the Beatles' legend John Lennon. 'Imagine' was recorded in February and June 1971. It has a heavier production than 'John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band'. This is Lennon's most popular solo work, and the title track is regarded as one of his greatest creations. Lennon credited Yoko Ono for co - writing this plea for world peace. George Harrison features on half of the tracks, while Paul McCartney inspired 'How Do You Sleep'. Lennon wrote it as a response to McCartney's alleged attacks on him and Ono in the 'Ram' album. Both 'Oh My Love' and 'How' reference Lennon's primal therapy experience. It has ten tracks in total. Released on 180 - gram vinyl by Calderstone Productions Limited with a poster.
