Come On Down is the first EP from Seattle's proto - grunge band Green River. It features future Mudhoney members Mark Arm and Steve Turner, future Pearl Jam members Jeff Ament and Stone Gossard, and drummer Alex Vincent. Some say it's the very first grunge record, bridging the gap between the band's hardcore punk roots and their later iconic sounds. The last vinyl pressing was in 1989, and it's been hard to find. But Jackpot Records in 2018 fixed that with this deluxe green vinyl. It comes with a full - repro of the original cassette jacket on a printed insert. The record includes the original 'Swallow My Pride' (re - recorded later for their debut full - length), 'Tunnel Of Love', 'Come On Down', three more tracks from the 12 - inch, and a bonus track 'Your Own Best Friend' previously only on the self - released cassette. This is a limited - edition item with a printed inner sleeve, released by Jackpot Records in 2018.

Using this vinyl LP is simple. Just place it on your turntable, gently drop the needle on the record, and enjoy the music. When handling the vinyl, make sure your hands are clean to avoid getting dirt or fingerprints on it, which could affect the sound quality. Store the vinyl in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping. After each use, put the record back in its sleeve carefully to protect it. If the vinyl gets dirty, you can use a soft, anti - static record brush to clean it. Also, remember this is a limited - edition item, so take extra care of it to keep it in good condition.
