Binker and Moses, tenor saxophonist Binker Golding and drummer Moses Boyd, are two of London's most exciting young jazz talents. They met through Gary Crosby's Tomorrow's Warriors program and have performed in various groups, including touring with Zara McFarlane. 'Dem Ones' is their debut duo recording, born from on - the - road experiments. These improvisational pieces echo late - period Coltrane and Charles Lloyd, full of invention, passion, and surprise. Recorded live at Mark Ronson's Zelig Studio on Gearbox's vintage tape machine. This 2015 debut comes on clear vinyl, with a limited edition of 500 from the Gearbox label.
