If you can make Pharrell cry, you're likely to have a great music future. That's what happened to 22-year-old singer-songwriter Maggie Rogers when she first showed an early demo of 'Alaska' at Skateboard P's NYU masterclass. Pharrell was deeply moved, the song went viral online, and the rest is history. Thanks to 'Alaska', Maggie got a record deal, a headlining tour, lots of media coverage, and more fans than she ever thought. The final version of 'Alaska' is on 'Now The Light Is Fading', along with 4 other great tracks that blend modern R&B, folk, and electronica. It's pressed on a cute 10-inch format with a full picture sleeve and a printed insert. Music label: Capitol Records 2017. Reviewed by Bo Linas 05/2017.

Using your Maggie Rogers vinyl record is easy. Just place it on your turntable, gently lower the needle onto the groove, and enjoy the music. When handling the record, make sure your hands are clean to avoid getting dirt or fingerprints on it. Store the record in a cool, dry place, and keep it in its sleeve when not in use to prevent scratches. If the record gets dirty, you can use a record cleaning brush to gently remove dust. Remember, treat your vinyl with care to keep it sounding great for years.
