Description

Karen Dalton was a mysterious and delicate folk singer with an otherworldly voice. She rarely performed in public or entered a recording studio. In 1966, Carl Baron recorded an intimate musical evening at her Colorado cabin. This 45 - year - old tape features never - before - heard renditions of Fred Neil and Tim Hardin songs, along with traditional tunes she made her own. The standout 'Katie Cruel' is incredibly powerful. This is a limited - edition release on clear green 'rocky road' colored vinyl. It comes in a deluxe tip - on jacket with an obi strip, a 4 - page liner note insert, and includes a digital download. The music is from Delmore Recording Society in 2021.

To enjoy this Karen Dalton vinyl LP, simply place it on your turntable and let the music play. Make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. When handling the vinyl, hold it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. Store the LP in a cool, dry place, and keep it in its deluxe tip - on jacket when not in use. If you want the digital version, follow the instructions included with the liner note insert to download the music to your device. This is a limited - edition item, so handle it with care to preserve its value and your listening experience.
