Discover this must - have vinyl! A repressed Larry Levan classic that's super hard to find. This 12 - inch vinyl features an unreleased mix of the Joubert Singers' 'Stand On The Word', a favorite in the Garage, Loft and Zanzibar clubs, played by Levan, Mancuso and others. Recorded at the First Baptist Church in Crown Heights in 1982 and initially pressed for the congregation only. Thanks to Walter Gibbons, the word got out. Favorite Recordings presents Levan's mix along with three disco - tinged remixes. Previous versions on the TIRK sampler 12 - inch and white label are long sold out. Don't miss out!
