Many of the tracks were unheard before, and this is the first release of the 1969 studio session. Sullivan gives a raw and soulful performance. His widow, Barbara, says this is the album he always wanted to make. The vinyl is mastered from original analog tapes, comes in a deluxe Stoughton 'tip-on' jacket with debossing, and has all previously unreleased tracks on light orange vinyl.
