When I listen to Can, I often think about the groups influenced by their sound. But with
Ege Bamyasi, I first heard the groups Can incorporated into their style. Major influences include the
Beatles and
James Brown's rhythm section, and many more. 'Pinch' sounds like it samples 'Mommy What's a
Funkadelic,' with over - processed guitar and drums on an extended beat. 'One More Night' foreshadows
Zeppelin's House of The Holy, and its drums are like the best of
Prestige's soul - jazz. 'Vitamin C' has been sampled by many, from
Kurupt to
Spank Rock. 'Soup' takes us into Stockhausen's territory with eerie sound - scapes. 'Spoon' made them chart in Germany due to its use in the TV show
Durbridge. 'I'm So Green' and 'Sing Swan Song' have beautiful melodies and coherent lyrics. This 2014 remastered album is the most accessible Can album I've heard. It's a must - have for music lovers! Features include black vinyl pressing, remastered audio, a printed inner sleeve. Original release was in 1972, and the music label is Spoon 2014.

Using this vinyl LP is easy. Just place it on your turntable, gently lower the needle, and enjoy the music. When handling the vinyl, make sure your hands are clean to avoid leaving fingerprints or dirt on the record. Keep the LP in its sleeve when not in use to protect it from scratches. Store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat, as these can warp the vinyl. Also, don't stack too many records on top of it to prevent damage. Regularly clean the vinyl with a proper record cleaning brush to maintain the sound quality.
