Description

There's hardly a more influential figure in modern jazz than Bill Evans, second only to Miles and Coltrane. His relaxed and emotional piano style influenced his peers and generations of pianists. He also contributed to Kind Of Blue and released two classic LPs at the Village Vanguard in 1961. In this 1965 recording, Evans teams up with bassist Chuck Israels and drummer Larry Bunker. The album features 'Who Can I Turn To', 'If You Could See Me Now', and Johnny Carisi's 'Israel'. It's the influential jazz pianist's 2nd album for Verve Records. Pressed on 180g black vinyl, this Acoustic Sounds edition is remastered from original analog tapes. Housed in a tip - on gatefold sleeve with liner notes, it's a limited edition.

To enjoy this Bill Evans Trio vinyl LP, first, make sure your turntable is clean and in good working condition. Gently remove the vinyl from the sleeve, holding it by the edges to avoid fingerprints and scratches. Place it carefully on the turntable and set the tonearm to start playing. When you're done listening, lift the tonearm gently and return it to its rest. Then, put the vinyl back into the sleeve, making sure it's centered. Store the LP in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid stacking heavy objects on top of it to prevent warping. Also, don't touch the playing surface with dirty hands as it can affect the sound quality.
