Egon's much - awaited project for the Kashmere Stage Band is finally here with this amazing 2LP collection. High school stage band records usually appeal mainly to collectors, but the Kashmere Stage Band is different. These young talents, led by Conrad Johnson, had a passion for funk and soul covers. Johnson let them fully explore funk, and they even wrote and arranged their own songs. Over the years, he recorded at least 10 albums with the band, all highly sought - after by collectors. This compilation gathers the best tracks like 'Burning Spear', 'Kash Register', and the 'Scorpio' cover. It comes with a detailed insert and is from the Now Again label (2006 / 2019).
