The story continues! El Michels Affair, the Brooklyn funk band, is back with the much - anticipated follow - up to the cult classic Enter The 37th Chamber. They've delivered a sharp cover of GZA's '4th Chamber' from the Liquid Swords album. With fuzzed - out guitar, synths over heavy drums, they even give the original RZA beat a tough competition. The A - side alone makes it worth it. On the B - side, El Michels teams up with Lee Fields for a stripped - down soul track. 'Snakes' is a version of Ol Dirty Bastard's cut, with Fields singing the original vocals in the dark soul style. Clearly, El Michels Affair remains as outstanding as ever.
