This is the 20th anniversary pressing of 'Moon Safari'. You may have heard it when it first came out, but it's truly worth a second listen. Back then, my ears were a bit inexperienced and couldn't fully appreciate this sound. Now, we're all more familiar with the 'French Style' and can really admire what Nicolas and JB (AIR) were doing. They were ahead of their time, blending elements from Burt Bacharach and Serge Gainsbourg, ambient, lounge, new wave, beats, and lots of synths into a unique musical style that inspired artists like Sebastien Tellier. Tracks like 'La Femme D'Argent', 'Talisman', 'All I Need', 'Sexy Boy', 'Le Voyage De Penelope', and 'Remember' are masterpieces of chill - out music. The whole album has aged beautifully and is a smooth listen. It comes as a 20th anniversary 'phosphorescent' colored vinyl pressing with a printed insert. The music label is Parlophone 2018. To enjoy this vinyl LP, just place it on your turntable and start the playback. When handling the vinyl, make sure your hands are clean to avoid getting fingerprints on it. Store the vinyl in a cool, dry place to prevent warping. Keep it away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If the vinyl gets dirty, you can use a vinyl cleaning brush to gently remove dust. Also, be careful when removing and inserting the printed insert to avoid tearing it. Sit back, relax, and let the smooth sounds of 'Moon Safari' fill your room.
